Ordering and Shipping Information

How to Order
Our online shopping cart allows for fast secure payments through paypal. You do not need to have a paypal account to pay by credit card through our system. Just clisk on the view cart button when you are ready to complete your order and follow the online directions. If you would like to pay by Money Order, just e-mail us your order and we'll e-mail you back with a total and address.

In the past, we've had some issues with the Paypal cart not working. If you try to order and the cart is cleared out when you log into your account, please e-mail your order to sales at sapphiredragonorchids dot com. We believe this issue has been resolved and should not be a problem again.

Shipping Information
Our standard default shipping is through USPS Priority Mail and we normally ship on Saturday's. You will normally recieve your order the following Wed or Thurs. If you want to upgrade your shipping, please contact us prior to making your order and we'll give you a shipping estimate.

When you check out through Paypal, you will be given the opportunity to select between USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail.

• USPS Priority Mail - usually delivers in 2-3 buisiness days
• USPS Express Mail - delivers overnight to some areas.

We calculate FedEx shipping costs per order as it can be more expensive and somewhat variable depending on your location. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Please note, at this time we do not ship outside the continental United States.

Limited Quantities
Many of our orchids are only available in extremely limited quantities. In some cases we may request that you e-mail us prior to placing an order to researve a plant. Our shopping cart can not distinguish if someone else has previously ordered a limited plant and it is possible that we may run out of some stock prior to your order. A refund will immediately be credited to your account if you order and pay for orchid that is out of stock. We try to keep the site as up to date as possible to prevent this from happening.

Our Return Policy
We guarantee that all plants are correctly labeled, healthy and that you will recieve the plant you ordered.

If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 24 hours of its reciept. We will do everything we can to resolve any issues with your order. Please note we do not accept returns on plants that have been correctly labeled and have arrived safely.
